If you search the net thoroughly, you will find out that ITIL V3 is as useless as its previous two versions. Despite this fact people are more than willing to undertake these courses. It is really strange to see such things occurring. There are reports from those who have completed the course successfully as well as from those who have not been able to complete the course. Most of them are of the same opinion that ITIL V3 questions is nothing but 3 versions of shit.
